Features of Thermal Solution
High Thermal Conductivity
Thermal Solution uses a copper base with aluminum fins or a liquid cooling structure. The copper base quickly absorbs and transfers heat, making it suitable for continuous cooling of high-power devices.
Liquid Cooling Performance
The liquid cooling plate is made with an aluminum plate + copper tube structure and FSW welding. It provides around 200W cooling capacity and handles high loads steadily.
Surface Protection Performance
With anodizing or coating, it helps reduce oxidation and corrosion, and the service life is about 3–5 years.
Multi-Structure Compatibility
It can be used together with heat pipes, vapor chambers, and liquid cooling modules to cool multiple heat sources at the same time.

We screen raw materials—such as aluminum and copper—based on their chemical composition and thermal conductivity to ensure that the base materials meet the specific requirements for both thermal dissipation and structural integrity.

We utilize calipers, micrometers, and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to verify dimensions, maintaining a strict tolerance control within ±0.02mm.
Surface Quality Inspection
We inspect surface treatments—such as anodizing and sandblasting—to verify their visual appearance and coating uniformity, ensuring the integrity of the protective layer.
Liquid Cooling Structure Check
We conduct sealing and structural inspections on liquid cooling channels and interfaces to ensure channel integrity and eliminate any risk of leakage.
Final Inspection & Traceability
Prior to shipment, we perform a final inspection of the product's appearance and structure, and maintain batch traceability records to facilitate future management and reference.
